my friend amanda has a really important photo show tonight - her first one! - in brooklyn at 6 pm.
unfortunately, i had a massive nosebleed today, and i am still feeling light-headed and i have a headache. i really want to go and support my friend, but my head is wonky.
this bleed was pretty massive. it started when i blew my nose, as most (if not all) of mine start. and it just gushed. it soaked through about six tissues, got all over my face (it was dripping off my lips at one point like some bad horror film, only it was real and not fake blood), down my sleeve, on my sweatshirt, pants, and (formerly white) slipper, and it splashed from my bathroom sink onto the mirror in multiple spots.
should i go anyway? i mean, i want to. but i don’t know if i’m feeling terrible because of the nosebleed or because i’m getting my period soon.
oh, and i need to leave in, like, 30 mins.
SHOULD I GO?!
